About The Position

The Department of Geography at CWU is accepting applications to fill current and future full-time, part-time, quarterly and annual appointment lecturer positions to teach a variety of introductory and upper division classes in geography and environmental studies.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Geography or related field with appropriate teaching experience.

• Pay based on the terms and conditions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
• Minimum remuneration for the non-tenure-track titles for the 2025-2026 academic year: Lecturer: $1,188 per workload unit for faculty with terminal degrees; $950 per workload unit for faculty without terminal degrees; Senior Lecturer: $1,307 per workload unit for faculty with terminal degrees; $1,044 per workload unit for faculty without terminal degrees.
