Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Nursing or related field

Responsibilities

• Clinical and classroom teaching
• Advising and evaluating student performances
• Planning and managing own teaching and tutorials as agreed with Dean of School
• Responsible for the record-keeping associated with teaching and the preparation of teaching materials
• Maintaining registered professional status by keeping and updating a professional portfolio as evidence of fitness for practice
• Maintaining and developing links with clinical areas of practice and students to ensure good clinical opportunities for students
• Responsible for practical/clinical work where applicable
• Advising students on techniques
