The Department of Psychology at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago, Illinois is seeking to fill a part-time lecturer position for a graduate level course during the Summer 2026 quarter. Summer quarter runs from 05/26/2026 – 07/31/2026. The Summer course meets for 4 hours per week on campus. Upon approval from the Department Chair, a small portion of the course time may be delivered via asynchronous assignments. Brief course description is provided below: HPSC 507 Assessment and Theory I: Personality and Emotion (4 QH) This course encompasses the theory and application of objective psychological tests for the assessment of emotion, personality and personality development. An introduction to assessment psychometrics (e.g., reliability, validity, test theory) is provided. Seminal theories of personality and emotion theory are discussed, in addition to the practical application of commonly used personality and emotion assessments (e.g., MMPI, BDI…)
