About The Position

This is an evergreen Lecturer Pool for the College of Business at UCCS. Applications will be reviewed on a semester-by-semester basis as business needs arise. Requirements

• A completed Master's degree in business administration or a closely related field is required.
• At least one year of practice experience in marketing or a closely related field is required.
• Ability or interest in teaching online classes.

Nice To Haves

• A terminal degree (e.g. PhD, DBA, JD) is preferred.
• Prior and relevant teaching experience is preferred.
• Relevant industry experience that includes current engagement in professional activities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides instruction to undergraduate/graduate students both in-person and online courses.
• Maintains, develops, and schedules student learning experiences to achieve desired learning outcomes.
• Plans, develops, and implements evaluation tools to assess student progress towards course learning objectives.
• Be familiar with learning management systems, such as Canvas.
• Other duties as determined by the College of Business.
