About The Position

In anticipation of future needs, the Department of Agriculture is creating a pool of qualified individuals for part-time non-tenure track teaching positions for Fall and Spring semesters, with a possibility of a summer course. A vacancy may not be available at time of application. Available teaching opportunities vary depending on Departmental needs in one of seven majors. Agribusiness, Agriculture Communication and Leadership, Agriculture Education, Agronomy Management, Animal Industry Management, Animal Science, Crop and Soil Science, Food Industry Management, Horticulture and Landscape Management, and Pre-Veterinary Medicine. https://agriculture.illinoisstate.edu/

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture or related field.
  • Candidates must be able to demonstrate oral proficiency in the English language as a requirement for this position, as mandated by state law.
  • Applicants for this position must be authorized to work in the U.S. without ISU sponsorship.
