Lecturer - CYBR 472: Artificial Intelligence for Cybersecurity (Extended Learning; Spring 2026) Per the California State University's Out-of-State Employment Policy, the CSU is prohibited from hiring employees to perform CSU-related work outside California.   • A bachelor's degree and experience teaching, or equivalent practical experience in Cybersecurity using a variety of technologies and tools
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Course Design (can design a well-structured syllabus and select appropriate course materials)
  • Continuous Learning and Adaptability (commitment to staying update with latest techniques and developments).
  • A master's degree in a related field and/or equivalent industry experience
  • Experience teaching, either as a course instructor or teaching assistant, especially in topics related to Cybersecurity or mentoring students/employees in topics related to tools and technologies used in Cybersecurity.
  • Preference will be given to applicants who demonstrate intercultural competence and a commitment to serving a diverse campus community as it relates to teaching and, as applicable, service.
