About The Position

The Department of Architecture, in the College of Design at Iowa State University (ISU), invites applications for the position of Lecturer to teach an undergraduate studio. This appointment for this position is anticipated to begin January 1, 2026, and the initial length of the appointment will be one semester (ending 05/15/2026). This is a part-time position. The candidate will be expected to contribute meaningfully to the department's teaching mission. We're looking for individuals with strong communication skills who share our commitment to fostering excellence. Requirements

  • A Master's degree in Architecture or related field

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in developing curriculum and assessing student learning outcomes.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and trends in Architecture.
  • Certification or licensure in Architecture or a related field is a plus.
