About The Position
The Leaves Specialist provides expertise on all aspects of leave administration and applicable organization policies; ensures compliance with all applicable laws. Interacts with vendor leave administrator; coordinates sick leave, state disability and long term disability. Partners with appropriate parties on the ADA interactive process related to leaves. Interprets established practice policies and guidelines. Delivers responsive and caring customer service to employees, managers, and others, with primary focus on the Leave of Absence administration, including the Return-to-Work ('RTW') process.
