In this role, you'll ensure employees have a smooth, respectful leave experience - from medical leaves to family care - while keeping Elara Caring compliant with federal, state, and local regulations. You'll be part of a collaborative, supportive environment where your contributions directly impact the well-being of both our employees and the patients they serve.
