Plan and implement lessons aligned with grade level standards and Creative Curriculum. Utilize innovative approaches and instructional strategies. Guide learning and maximize student potential. Establish clear objects that reflect the NJ Teaching and Learning standards and Creative Curriculum. Apply the school's mission and philosophy. Exhibit structured classroom management. Willingly seeks to become an integral part of the school's professional learning community. Use a variety of instructional methodologies and curriculum resources. Differentiate instruction to accommodate all students. Exhibit warmth, kindness, and compassion. Use Teaching Strategies GOLD to drive instruction. Reflective and open to feedback.
Requirements
- Appropriate NJ Teaching certification required: PreSchool to Grade 3.
- Experience working with a diverse student population.
- Experience and successful practice working with students and communicating with parents.
- Demonstrated the ability to collaborate.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and writing.
- Must be able to establish and maintain effective relationships with colleagues.
