About The Position

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is collaborating with an Illinois elementary school to bring on a dedicated Special Education Teacher with an active LBS1 endorsement. This full-time role offers a manageable caseload—no more than 10 students across two grade levels—allowing you to provide focused, individualized instruction that makes a lasting impact. In this position, you’ll deliver specialized academic and social-emotional support tailored to each student’s IEP goals. Working hand-in-hand with families, general education teachers, and related service providers, you will create a team-based approach that promotes student growth and achievement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
• A genuine commitment to supporting diverse learners and advancing educational equity.
• Previous experience in an elementary special education setting is preferred.
• Must hold a valid teaching license in Special Education, with an LBS1 endorsement or equivalent highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct instruction and interventions for a caseload of up to 10 students.
• Adapt lessons to meet IEP goals while maintaining alignment with district standards.
• Track progress through accurate documentation and ensure full compliance with IEP requirements.
• Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and service providers to support consistent learning outcomes.
• Work across no more than two grade levels, ensuring concentrated support and effective teaching.
