About The Position

As a Leave of Absence Representative, you will play a crucial role in analyzing reported leave requests and determining the appropriate paid leave benefits based on client policies, state and federal regulations. In this position, you will be responsible for establishing FMLA claims, tracking and coding documentation according to internal workflow processes, and analyzing various paid leave claims to determine eligibility and payment calculations. You will also be tasked with making timely case decisions and communicating these decisions effectively to claimants and clients, ensuring that all actions are in compliance with client paid leave plans and regulations. Your ability to maintain professional relationships with clients and manage ongoing expectations will be key to your success in this role.
