The Leave Management Operations Manager will enhance the experience of Shaw associates and their families by overseeing the administration and operations of leave-related programs within the Total Rewards framework. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day operational processes for leave management, including Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Short-Term Disability (STD), Long-Term Disability (LTD), and other leave programs, ensuring alignment with The Shaw Way. The position leads a team of Leave Administrators, driving process standardization, continuous process improvement, and compliance with federal and state regulations. The ideal candidate will provide strong leadership, foster an inclusive team culture focused on exceptional customer service, and ensure first-contact resolution for associate inquiries. They must manage multiple concurrent initiatives, develop and track performance metrics, pay meticulous attention to detail, and communicate effectively with associates, third-party vendors, and internal partners. Balancing task-oriented execution with strategic thinking, the candidate should be a quick learner, adept at assessing situations and determining appropriate actions.
