The Total Rewards Leave Associate is responsible for daily facilitating leave of absence and ADA requests. This position will serve as the primary contact for team members and serve as the first-tier liaison for our leave administrator, team members, payroll, and supervisors. The Leave Associate will help support team members through the leave of absence and accommodation request process from start to finish while managing the day-to-day administration of all leave and ADA programs. The position is responsible for the coordination of the return-to-work process and will work closely with the Leave Partners and Employee Relations to resolve complex leave and return-to-work situations. Ensures adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements and escalates complex or challenging cases to the Leave Partner or others as needed. Participate and contribute to the Total Rewards Team. This is a Full-time (40 hours) position with required onsite attendance in Thief River Falls, Minnesota.
