Responsibilities

• Lead the administration of various leave programs including FMLA, Family Care Act leave, and military leave across multiple campuses.
• Assess medical documentation and determine eligibility for leave requests, ensuring compliance with university and legal requirements.
• Manage workplace accommodation requests for employees with disabilities, collaborating with various stakeholders to develop individualized solutions.
• Prepare and manage correspondence related to disability leave, tracking deadlines and ensuring timely follow-up on accommodations.
• Participate in team meetings to ensure consistency in decision-making and collaborate on process improvements.
• Develop and deliver training for employees and managers on leave policies and accommodation processes.
