The Leave Administrator is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of employee leave cases while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company policies. This role serves as a key resource for employees and managers, providing guidance on statutory and company-sponsored leave programs, accommodations, and return-to-work processes. The role requires strong case management, regulatory knowledge, and coordination with HR, payroll, and external partners to ensure accurate and timely administration. In addition, this role provides backup support for benefits administration, assisting with employee inquiries, data integrity, carrier coordination, and open enrollment activities. Combines compliance expertise, operational accuracy, and customer service to deliver a consistent and supportive employee experience.
