The Turnover Manager plays a critical role in the leasing process by ensuring rental units are properly prepared and presented for new tenants. We are looking for a Turnover Manager that is responsible for managing unit turnovers, conducting inspections, coordinating and assisting with marketing efforts to maximize occupancy rates. This is dynamic and may evolve over time to align with business needs and opportunities for growth. Your initial training will be a mix of on-site and virtual and on-site at our Clairemont office. A company vehicle will be provided for daily travel to and from properties. In most cases, the vehicle will be kept at the employees residence, though alternative arrangements can be made.
