About The Position
The Leasing and Tenant Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Shea Properties Leasing Team by obtaining, distributing, reviewing and coordinating all the components for leasing deal generation. This position is located in our Aliso Viejo office. The hourly annualized pay rate range for this position is $68,000 - $72,000 and the Leasing & Tenant Coordinator is also eligible to participate in the discretionary annual bonus plan.
