Join our team as a Leasing Supervisor, where you’ll play a pivotal role in training and managing a dedicated team of Leasing Specialists. You’ll ensure that our customers receive top-notch service and that our company’s leasing metrics are consistently met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
  • Minimum two years of experience in a related background, with leadership roles is required.
  • Minimum two years of supervisory experience, preferably managing direct reports in a call center environment is preferred.
  • Real Estate license is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, planning, analysis, and organizing skills.
  • Strong leadership, employee development, appraisal, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily activities and assignments of the leasing team, ensuring focus on priority tasks and prompt response to customer calls.
  • Serve as a versatile resource, stepping in to assist the team with sales and application calls/emails as needed.
  • Offer guidance and support to the team on approval questions and other escalated customer issues, acting as the liaison between the field, property management, underwriting, and lease writing.
  • Continually monitor performance, provide training, and coach specialists.
  • Review key business metrics including conversion ratios, lead to lease speed, lease volume, call times, available times, and quality assurance reviews.
  • Analyze and provide feedback on team schedules and work hours.
  • Facilitate initial training and onboarding of new hires, ensuring they are equipped to succeed.
  • Support the department by assisting with special projects, including ad hoc outbound campaigns and other administrative duties.
