About The Position

We’re looking for a driven, customer-focused, fully bilingual (Spanish/English) Leasing Specialist to join our team across South Bay, LA, and Long Beach. . Important: This role requires full professional fluency in Spanish and English.
You will regularly assist Spanish-speaking residents and prospects, so if you are not fluent in Spanish, please do not apply.

Requirements

• Fluent Spanish and English (Required: must be able to communicate professionally in both languages)
• Experience in leasing residential apartments (multifamily properties)
• Strong communication, follow-up, and customer service skills
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Availability to work weekends and a flexible schedule
• High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Yardi (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist prospective residents via phone, email, and in person
• Conduct engaging property tours and highlight key property features
• Prepare, review, and process applications and lease documents
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activity in Yardi (or similar systems)
• Meet and consistently exceed leasing goals and occupancy targets
• Support marketing efforts for current and upcoming vacancies
• Partner with on-site teams to ensure smooth move-ins and resident satisfaction
