The Part-Time Leasing Specialist assists with day-to-day leasing and administrative operations for the community, supporting Community and Leasing Managers in reaching all KPI goals.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and collected in high-stress situations
- Enjoy and take pride in providing excellent service
- Warm, friendly demeanor
- Basic computer skills: typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Entrata Software or familiarity with PM software
Responsibilities
- Supports the community by providing excellent customer service at the front desk
- Assisting current residents
- Helping with leasing activities as needed
- Handling package intake
- Answering resident questions
- Maintaining a secure lobby environment
- Supporting the leasing team during tours and application processing
