This is an on-site role, reporting from one of The Collier Companies’ community offices in Apopka, which offers plenty of open space to hike, canoe, camp, and explore in a city with a vibrant history. As a Leasing Specialist, you are the first person a prospect or resident meets when they come home. A Leasing Specialist is charged with creating positive experiences for potential residents, following up on leads, and closing lease agreements with those potential residents.
