Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • 1+ year of leasing, sales, or customer-facing experience
  • Strong understanding or interest in LIHTC/affordable housing environments
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt in a busy setting
  • Comfort with basic computer systems and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

  • Tour prospective residents and showcase the community with energy and professionalism
  • Guide applicants through the leasing process, from first inquiry to signed lease
  • Build strong relationships with current and prospective residents
  • Perform outreach marketing, networking, and competitor research to drive traffic
  • Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and resident retention efforts
  • Support LIHTC compliance processes, including documentation and resident interactions
  • Manage calls, service requests, and general administrative responsibilities
