About The Position
The Leasing Specialist is the heart of the connection with our residents! Leasing Specialists bring exceptional experiences to life every day for our current and future residents through active engagement in the marketing of properties, partnering with applicants through the showing and leasing process, and anticipating and responding to resident and property maintenance needs, requests, and concerns. Leasing Specialists are a key part of the property management team and work closely with their fellow team members to achieve and maintain maximum occupancy of their properties and strong resident satisfaction results. This role will be responsible for bringing our Goldmark vision of creating a better living for our customers and our communities to life at their individual property level.
