About The Position
As a Leasing Specialist at Conifer Realty, you will play a crucial role in the operations of the leasing office at Erie Harbor Apartments. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with housing regulations, minimizing vacancies, and providing excellent customer service to prospective tenants. You will work closely with the Community Manager and collaborate with various teams to facilitate apartment leasing and turnover processes.
