About The Position

As a Leasing Specialist at Goldmark Property Management, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents. Your responsibilities will include showcasing available apartments, resolving resident issues, and fostering positive relationships within the community. This position offers a base hourly pay along with the potential for unlimited commissions, allowing you to build your own paycheck. You will also participate in marketing efforts and resident appreciation events, contributing to a vibrant living environment.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle with insurance.
• Strong sales skills and a drive to close sales.
• Customer service experience with a strong customer service mindset.
• Basic computer skills.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in property management or a related industry.
• National Apartment Leasing Profession (NALP) or similar certifications.

Responsibilities

• Tour and present the property and available apartment homes to prospective residents.
• Manage the leasing and renewal process from start to finish in accordance with company procedures and Fair Housing requirements.
• Conduct property, building, and apartment inspections to ensure an attractive appearance and report maintenance needs.
• Utilize customer management systems to document communication and build relationships with residents.
• Collaborate with leadership and support teams as needed.
