About The Position

The Leasing Specialist at Arrowhead Gardens Senior Living is responsible for promoting the community and managing the leasing process from start to finish. Requirements

• Minimum 1-year experience in leasing residential property
• Minimum 1-year experience in LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) preferred
• Demonstrated ability to sell the brand
• Knowledge of marketing and advertising sources

Responsibilities

• Sell the property using the leasing process from start to completion.
• Be the first point of contact for prospects.
• Work with the team to ensure the community is tour ready.
• Tour prospective residents to sell apartment units.
• Timely follow-up on all pre-leases.
• Coordinate an excellent move-in experience for new residents.
