Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Communications, or Marketing, or equivalent work experience.
  • Eight to ten years of leasing and sales experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Expert leasing sales, relationship management, and new business development skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and excellent presentation skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with, and able to motivate, C-suite decision makers.
  • A high performing self-starter, able to work effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Knowledge of the lending market including the basics of credit underwriting and documentation.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare equipment finance market a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for prospecting and signing healthcare equipment vendor programs (Business Development) and maintaining and growing existing vendor relationships (Program Management).
  • Initiates and maintains relationships with numerous sources of equipment leasing and financing business.
  • Cold calls and meets with healthcare vendor prospects to sell the company's value proposition, negotiates program terms, and negotiates and signs vendor program agreements.
  • Oversees the launch of these programs and manages them long-term.
  • Conducts periodic program reviews, puts together financing promotions, uses creativity and salesmanship to expand market share within each program.
  • Conducts phone calls with end-user customer prospects to discuss rates and terms, and to sell the benefits of leasing and/or financing.
  • Occasionally gets involved in credit review discussions internally as well as end user documentation negotiations.
