About the position

Village Green is searching for enthusiastic individuals to join our Leasing Sales Consultant team and be our award-winning apartment communities' first point of contact. Prior multi-family environment experience is preferred; however, those with luxury retail sales or hospitality experience who are willing to be trained in the multi-family environment as a leasing consultant are welcome to apply. If you have persuasive sales and marketing skills, excellent communication and negotiating abilities, and are customer service-oriented, this may be your perfect role! In this customer service sales role, you will quickly identify the needs of our prospective residents to help them find the perfect apartment home. You will be rewarded for your sales performance and have the opportunity to participate in an attractive commission program. You will develop long-lasting relationships with our current residents and provide them with exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of sales experience in hospitality or retail, or a minimum of 1-year experience in a multi-family environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work weekends.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous Lease Up experience.
  • Undergraduate degree.
