Requirements

Minimum 1 year of leasing experience in multifamily residential property management
Strong customer service or sales background within the apartment industry
Knowledge of Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite preferred
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-first mindset
Must live within a 25-minute commute of Scottsdale, AZ
Valid driver's license required

Responsibilities

Drive Leasing Success: Tour prospects, understand their needs, overcome objections, and close leases.
Foster Community Engagement: Build rapport with residents and create a sense of belonging to promote renewals and referrals.
Support Operations: Accurately complete lease paperwork, process applications, and maintain records using Yardi Voyager.
Contribute to Financial Goals: Help achieve occupancy and retention goals with a proactive, results-driven approach.
Leverage Technology: Use Microsoft Office, Yardi, and CRM tools to stay organized and productive.
Follow Through: Conduct timely follow-ups and provide world-class customer service.
Create a Welcoming Atmosphere: Represent the community professionally to residents, guests, and prospects.
Be Reliable: Available 35–40 hours per week, including Saturdays. (Community is closed on Sundays.)
