Requirements
- 1+ year of leasing experience in the multifamily industry (required)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Customer service skills with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Experience with Google Workspace and property management software (Yardi & Rent Café preferred)
- A valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- A proactive mindset, ability to prioritize, and desire to grow in your career
- Reliable attendance and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with prospective and current residents
- Conduct apartment tours and assist with applications, lease documentation, and move-ins
- Maintain accuracy and organization in leasing software (Yardi & Rent Café preferred)
- Support curb appeal and property presentation standards
- Use video tours and self-showing tools as needed
- Communicate clearly and professionally with residents, guests, and team members
- Contribute to a supportive, respectful workplace that aligns with our cultural values
