About The Position
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Leasing Professional to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through tours, the leasing process, and move-ins. You’ll also assist with renewals, resident relations, and community events, ensuring our residents feel at home.
Requirements
- Strong communication and people skills
- Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Detail-oriented with basic computer skills (Yardi experience a plus)
- Friendly, professional, and motivated to meet goals

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist prospective residents with tours and leasing
- Process applications, leases, and renewals accurately
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects
- Assist with marketing, outreach, and community events
