About The Position

We seek a leasing professional based in Uptown Dallas, Texas, to join our Villas at Katy Trail Apartments team. Your role is to provide exceptional customer service, facilitate tours, construct lease agreements, and build rapport with prospects and residents. Villas at Katy Trail Apartments (252 units) 3200 Maple Ave Dallas, Texas 75201 www.VillasAtKatyTrail.com Compensation: $19 - $21 per hour (based on experience) plus monthly performance bonuses

Requirements

1 year of apartment leasing experience preferred.
A valid driver's license
Advanced customer service and sales skills
Passion for assisting others
Collaborative nature, as well as the ability to work independently
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, enthusiasm for new challenges, and desire to grow personally and professionally.
Attention to detail and demonstrated strengths in maintaining schedules, managing priorities, and meeting goals.
Experience with and demonstrated understanding of Microsoft Office, Yardi, and CRM.
Able to juggle multiple projects while meeting goals, producing high-quality work, and projecting a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Engage and welcome guests upon entering
Professionally interact, build, and maintain relationships with prospects and residents
Discover the needs of those looking for an apartment/community, overcome objections, and lease apartments
Follow up and follow through with prospects and residents to complete tasks promptly
Devise, obtain, and manage legal lease documents to policy and procedures
Utilize Microsoft Office, Yardi Voyager, and CRM software programs
Assist callers with helpful, caring, high-quality customer service.
Promote a welcoming work environment for coworkers and guests
Be dependable for Saturday working hours and several days during the week.
