This position is responsible for coordinating the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. This involves performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the lease term, and securing resident lease renewals. Key duties include conducting sales and leasing activities, inspecting apartments for move-in readiness, monitoring market and competitor conditions, developing and executing marketing plans, utilizing property management software, maintaining community and show unit quality, following up with prospects and residents, and managing lease renewal programs. The role also requires prompt and courteous response to resident and client/owner concerns.
