Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of multifamily leasing experience required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- English proficiency required; additional languages such as Arabic, Pashto, and Urdu are a plus
- Tax Credit knowledge is a plus
- Experience with OneSite, ActiveBuilding, Blue Moon, and Funnel preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and strong listening skills
- Reliable transportation
- Social media experience is a plus
- Hospitality experience is a plus
- Proven ability to close leases
Responsibilities
- Generate new leases and renewals
- Conduct local marketing to attract prospects
- Connect with prospects, schedule tours, and follow up consistently
- Tour the community and present apartment homes using strong product knowledge
- Process applications, including credit/background screening
- Deliver exceptional customer service to prospects and residents
