About The Position
This position is responsible for coordinating the community's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals. The property type is a Garden with a stabilized stage and a unit count of 200. The schedule involves varying shifts between Monday and Friday from 9am to 6pm, with rotating Saturdays from 10am to 5pm, totaling a maximum of 25 hours per week.
