About The Position
This position is responsible for coordinating the community's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals. This position will also create and coordinate social and physical activity programs and other miscellaneous resident-related functions to achieve community goals surrounding resident retention. In addition, this role plays an integral part in the sales process by working closely with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants and will ultimately contribute to the success of the community.
