About The Position

The Leasing Professional-Floater at ConcordRENTS is responsible for leasing, marketing, and administrative tasks to ensure high occupancy and resident satisfaction in multifamily communities. This role involves building relationships with prospective and current residents, managing leasing processes, and ensuring compliance with property management policies. The position requires travel to various communities within a specific regional portfolio.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of general business, property management, sales, or customer service required.
  • Equivalent to high school plus some additional specialized training.
  • Minimum of one to three years of experience in general business, property management, sales, or customer service required.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English for safety and productivity reasons.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all aspects of leasing and marketing to prospective residents.
  • Prepares the property for business, ensuring cleanliness and a welcoming environment.
  • Greets prospective residents and determines their qualification for residency programs.
  • Shows models, amenities, and features, communicating benefits of residency.
  • Takes applications and ensures all documentation is provided for the certification process.
  • Enters required information into the computer system and issues documentation for approval.
  • Assigns units based on inventory and qualifications, notifying potential residents of acceptance.
  • Prints leases and arranges for proper execution of leases and related documents.
  • Collects rents, deposits, and bonds as required, and inspects assigned units with residents at move-in.
  • Provides resident services, responds to inquiries, and enters work orders in the system.
  • Tracks and discharges completed work orders and files documentation appropriately.
  • Communicates with residents regarding lease renewals and recertification of eligibility.
  • Files documentation related to applications, certifications, and work orders.
  • Responds to resident complaints and follows up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Participates in community promotion programs and assesses comparable prices and amenities.
  • Assists in implementing resident activities and services.
