About The Position

The Leasing Performance & Development Manager is responsible for driving performance excellence across the national Leasing function. This role designs and delivers training initiatives, evaluates operational performance trends, and partners closely with Operations Managers and Leasing leaders to identify opportunities for improvement. The position blends training, analytics, and operational strategy to ensure consistent leasing execution, measurable results, and continuous professional development across markets.

Requirements

To be computer-savvy with intermediate-level experience in G-Suite
Proficiencies in Google Workspace required.

Nice To Haves

3+ Years of Property Management Experience Preferred
3+ Years of leadership preferred
Real Estate License preferred

Responsibilities

Monitor leasing performance metrics across markets to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
Translate data insights into actionable training and coaching initiatives.
Partner with cross-departmental business partners to address performance challenges and elevate results
Design and deliver a structured onboarding and ongoing professional development curriculum for Leasing and Operations team members.
Incorporate field feedback into training and process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-departmental business partners to identify coaching opportunities within operations.
Provide targeted coaching and training to individuals or teams to strengthen performance outcomes.
Reinforce accountability standards through structured follow-up and performance tracking.
Support the rollout of new initiatives, systems, or policy updates that impact leasing performance.
