Were seeking an experienced Leasing Manager ready to drive performance, lead a team, and elevate the resident experience in a high-energy urban setting.

Requirements

• 1+ year of multifamily leasing experience (required)
• 1+ year of sales or marketing experience
• Weekend availability
• Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
• Experience with property management software

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive leasing traffic and achieve occupancy goals
• Lead, train, and motivate onsite leasing professionals
• Support hiring, onboarding, and leasing performance
• Execute marketing initiatives and strengthen resident relations
• Deliver exceptional customer service to prospects and residents
