You control your own success by attaining leasing goals, resident retention and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a polished, well-spoken individual that will be the face of the community and can leave a positive first impression! Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent; college education preferred.
  • Competency in sales/selling strategies and marketing concepts and techniques
  • Prior supervisory experience a plus
  • Working knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes: Fair Housing laws and regulations, building and grounds maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, eviction procedures, accounting principles, property safety, and use of property management and accounting software.
  • Knowledge of OneSite strongly encouraged
