As our Leasing Manager , you’ll be the heart of our leasing strategy and resident experience, helping new residents find their next home and feel great about it every step of the way.

Requirements

2+ years of leasing or sales experience; senior living or active adult experience is a plus
Warm, professional communication style and excellent listening skills
Confidence with CRM/property management systems (Entrata preferred)
A self-starter who thrives on hitting goals and creating great experiences
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Availability for occasional weekend hours and community events

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all leasing activities to drive occupancy and revenue
Build meaningful relationships with prospective residents and their families
Conduct tours, explain community features, and guide applicants through the leasing process
Manage digital leads, follow-ups, applications, and lease agreements through our online platform
Execute outreach and marketing efforts tailored to the 55+ active lifestyle
Partner with the Property Manager to support events, renewals, and resident satisfaction
Mentor leasing professionals and serve as the go-to expert for leasing performance
