• Manage leasing operations to maintain strong occupancy levels
• Respond to inquiries, conduct tours, and convert prospects into tenants
• Coordinate lease signings, renewals, and tenant onboarding
• Handle resident communication and leasing-related concerns
• Track leasing performance and report on activity regularly
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams
• Support marketing initiatives to attract new tenants
• Other duties as assigned
