About The Position
The Leasing Manager is an onsite leader responsible for driving the property's leasing and marketing efforts. This role collaborates with the property manager to ensure community events and campaigns are targeted, creative, and aligned with the PeakMade brand. The Leasing Manager works closely with the team to achieve established revenue, occupancy, resident, and retention goals, while providing exceptional customer service and leading by example.
