The Leasing Manager is an industry leader who not only sets goals but crosses the finish line! In collaboration with the General Manager, you will develop sales strategies and lead the sales team to improve and maximize company revenue. Requirements

• 1-2 years previous experience in residential property management sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies to improve and maximize company revenue.
• Lead the sales team to achieve sales goals.
• Provide sales leadership, training, and coaching to maximize community sales results.
• Communicate effectively in stressful and diverse work situations.
• Maximize revenue through increased closing ratios and exceeding budgeted occupancy expectations.
