About The Position
The Leasing Manager is responsible for overseeing activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. This role handles marketing and interacting directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention and client satisfaction. The Leasing Manager provides a positive working environment, quality community living, and a high standard of operations to meet Avanti's objectives and marketing plans.
