About The Position
The Leasing Manager, Policies and Procedures maintains a repository for leasing-specific policies and procedures and is responsible for tracking compliance; providing in-person, leasing-specific training; and communicating policy and procedure updates to Leasing staff. The Manager standardizes and sustains leasing-specific onboarding of Leasing employees. This position is hybrid requiring three days on site.
