About The Position
Park 88 apartments in Thornton, CO has an opening for a full-time, Leasing Manager! (liveatpark88) Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred! Qualified candidates will be professional, outgoing and friendly. The goal of the position is to provide current residents a high level of service as well as educate potential residents on the benefits of our living at our property and leasing options. To accomplish this goal, the responsibilities of a Leasing Manager include; rental of vacant apartments, showing apartments, preparing lease packages, renewal of leases, rent collection, answering questions and completing service requests. The Leasing Manager will oversee the leasing consultant responsibilities and manage the social networking, advertising, as well as other responsibilities as outlined by the Supervisor.
