We are seeking an energetic professional for the position of Leasing Coordinator. The Leasing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all vacant units are filled with eligible applicants from the waiting list according to preference, date and time, in sequence order. The vacant units must maintain compliance with LIHTC, HOME, NSP, LIPH, PBRA Multifamily housing program rules and regulations when filling units. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently to complete assigned tasks while demonstrating a high level of professionalism. Strong writing skills, analytical abilities, and effective communication are essential for success in this position. The Leasing Coordinator will also need to conduct research, coordinate multiple projects, solve problems, prepare and update supporting documentation, and maintain accurate records. The ideal candidate will have the ability to interact and deal with a diverse client population, work under pressure, and successfully meet deadlines. Excellent decision-making, interpersonal, and time management skills are crucial. Proficiency in PC-based computer applications is required, along with a valid driver's license with no more than 6 accumulated points in 3 consecutive years.
