About The Position
The Leasing Consultant at Avenue5 Residential is responsible for managing all activities related to apartment rentals, including move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service to prospective and current residents, ensuring maximum occupancy, and promoting resident retention and satisfaction. The consultant will also maintain accurate records, coordinate with maintenance for apartment readiness, and assist with resident relations and activities.
